Learn to expand your breathing capacity and to use your breath to guide you into joyful relaxation followed by a soothing meditation through the deep vibrations of a 30” Chinese gong. The quality of your breath has a strong influence in the quality of your yoga practice and of your life. Come to this workshop series that will help you improve your breathing awareness, release tightness and relax deeply. You will be guided by Rubén Vásquez, ERYT500, in optimizing your breathing capacity with ease and enjoyment through supported and nurturing postures. Then Travis Lacey will play a wide range of gong sounds and harmonies that will quiet your monkey mind and bring you into a blissful state. Join us for this unique and rejuvenating experience!
