This introductory session offers an overview of breathing from multiple perspectives followed by clear, simple and logical techniques guiding you to:

- Establish healthy breathing patterns
- Use breathing for relaxation & stress release
- Enhance your posture & asana practice
- Quiet your mind
- Prepare for meditation
Students interested in improving their vitality, clarity and overall yoga practice are encouraged to attend.
This workshop is open to students at all levels. No previous familiarity with yogic breathing techniques is required. All that is needed is a sincere desire to learn and to explore the breath as a tool for awareness.
