Are you curious to try meditation?
In these guided sessions you will learn simple, effective and enjoyable techniques to find joy in being present. You will learn how to use the ancient tools of yoga adapted to people living in the 21st century. This class invites you to open your mind and your heart to appreciate the uniqueness of being you. No experience necessary because you already have what you need to benefit from cultivating serenity, kindness and compassion. And if you want to make it a morning dedicated to replenishing yourself, stay for yoga practice!
You can join this practice in person or virtually. So even when you are out of town you can keep taking good care of yourself.
