Enjoyable yoga practice for enhanced mobility and circulation, stress relief and better balance. During the class Liz Gregovits will play her collection of crystal bowls for better concentration. The final portion of the class is a complete experience of deep relaxation guided by the harmonizing sounds of the crystal bowls.
