Series – Fundamental Postures of Yoga – NEW CLASS FORMAT
FIVE CONSECUTIVE TUESDAYS – 2:00-4:00PM starting September 10 through October 8

In this series you are guided through physical postures as well as “mental postures”, “emotional postures” to help you experience a deeply integrating and balancing practice. You will benefit from consistency and also from practicing cohesively as a group. Each session will also give you opportunities to clarify and refine your practice. All sessions with Ruben Vasquez, no subs.

You will learn to practice:

• Correct alignment in physical postures
• Alignment of posture, breathing, intention & emotion
• Breathing for concentration and meditation
• Settling the mind
