Saturday, December 7 at 1-4pm Receive the holidays and the New Year with an open heart! In this joyful workshop I am happy to return to Karma Yoga to guide a session to assist you in:

• Releasing old patterns
• Making peace with yourself
• Opening mind & heart
• Aligning with your life purpose

We will practice a combination of gentle and restorative postures to release stress. We will also enjoy guided breathing and meditation to plant the seeds of clarity and to nurture our ability to contribute our uniqueness to the world during the holidays in the new year!
