This is an introductory class appropriate for beginners as well as for people who have practiced yoga before.
In this session you will practice:
- Foundations of yoga
- Techniques for optimal breathing
- Postures and movements for strength, flexibility & balance
- Relaxation & Stress relief
If you can breathe and move you can attend this class. Please wear a comfortably form fitting exercise attire.
Bring a large towel or yoga mat.
