Intro to Dance of Shiva!

Do you know that there is an easy and fun way of enhancing your coordination,  balance and concentration?  The Dance of Shiva is a simple combination of  movements designed for dancers, martial arts practitioners, yoginis and for anybody interested in harmonious movement.
This is an enjoyable and lighthearted practice that offers you benefits at many levels including:
  • Releasing tension from arms and shoulders
  • Making your movements more graceful and expressive
  • Increasing coordination
  • Enhancing attention and mental focus
  • Expanding mental processing capacity

Rubén Vásquez has been practicing the Dance of Shiva daily for a decade. In this session you will be surprised by how much you will be able to do in just one session.  You will love this practice!

No experience necessary.
