Total Yoga series
Total Yoga is designed to help you grow your practice incrementally. The program is divided into modules. Each module consists of 6 classes, one per week. Each class is 2 hours and it includes:
- Applied Yoga Philosophy
- Chanting
- Dance of Shiva
- Asana & intelligent Vinyasa
- Pranayama
- Yogic Meditation
We grow our practice gradually, emphasizing a clear foundation in each of theses areas. Each class incorporates ways to deepen the practice. Each module builds on the previous one to help you create a stable and satisfying practice for your body, mind, heart and soul. This program is one more way to help you create consistency in your practice. To participate you need to register in advance.
