Namaste!
I hope your week is flowing with clarity. Stress is inevitable. In fact, stress is a beneficial response. It is our body’s way of alerting us so that we pay attention and make intelligent and conscious decisions. What is not helpful is when we are unable to let go of our stress. Our bodies need to be able to rest, digest and recover. After being affected by Hurricane Helene less than two weeks ago, there is another hurricane coming our way, so people are protecting their homes, staying in shelters, others are evacuating. Waiting for the path of the hurricane to become clearer can cause a lot of anxiety.
Join us online for a yoga practice that includes breathing and movement to help us release some tension.
Tuesday, October 8, 6pm EDT.

Feel free to share this message with anyone who would like to join us.
Peace and serenity,
Rubén
