Ready for a yoga class focused on you? This one hour class offers you simple, logical and effective ways to remove restrictions and limitations in your natural range of movement and breathing. You will learn how to use the ancient tools of yoga adapted to people living in the 21st century. Rather than focusing on postures, in this practice you do what you can do comfortably and consciously to enhance circulation, balance, flexibility, strength and focus. By the end of the practice you will feel like you have massaged your body, your mind and your heart.
No experience necessary because you already have what you need to benefit from moving and breathing with greater awareness. And if you want to make it a morning dedicated to replenishing yourself, join us for meditation practice before this class!
You can join this practice in person or virtually. So even when you are out of town you can keep taking good care of yourself.
