Our hands are used for all kinds of tasks, such as sensing, touching, holding, grasping, pushing, pulling, writing, and drawing. Unless there is pain, we may never think twice about taking care of our hands.
This is an easy practice that explores the natural range of action in our fingers, hands, and wrists. It helps remove tension and enhances circulation.
