Although our feet work hard to support us and enable us to stand, jump, dance, run, and walk, many of us don’t pay them any attention unless they hurt. This practice is a simple way to show appreciation for our feet and enhance their mobility. I hope you enjoy this exploration of the range of motion in our toes, ankles, and feet.
